Zak has 10+ years business development experience in the commercial construction and government space. He has a track record of success handling large accounts with with Fortune 500 companies as well as federal and local government entities. Zak handles all aspects of account management across the three verticals of MLO: Maintenance, Linguistics and Operational Support.
Johannes Wiklund, Technical Director
Johannes has 15+ years broad based experience in IT and Operations. He is a PMP certified project manager and also holds several ITIL certifications. Johannes’ experience ranges from implementing large scale ERP and CRM packages to software development and web design. He has spent his career in telecom, financial services and consulting, and has an extensive network of IT professionals which he taps into to put together ad-hoc teams to deliver IT solutions.
